Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Reports to: CSC Team Leader
Purpose of the role
社内外を問わずグローバルな顧客基盤を担当し、高い正確性と細部まで行き届いた注意力をもってデータの完全性を確保します。マスター顧客データの作成、管理および維持を行い、顧客認証要件の設定から保守に至るまでの一連のプロセスを完結させます。また、規制要件およびビジネス要件を確実に満たすため、技術チームと連携しながら業務を遂行します。
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
クライアントサービス・コーディネーターとしての主な業務内容
クライアントのマスターデータの作成および管理を行います。プロセスルールおよび規制フレームワークを遵守し、ベストプラクティスを適用しながら、ISO 13485、ISO 42001 をはじめとする各種 RS スキーム、規則および指令に関するクライアントデータを作成・維持します。
業務の作成および管理を行います。
クライアント向けにモック証明書を作成・提供します。
EUDAMED ガイダンスおよび各国・地域の政府要件に基づき、証明書データを作成します。
請求業務を管理します。
該当するスキームにおける年間管理費（Annual Management Fees）を管理します。
請求書のクレジット対応、各種問い合わせへの対応および問題解決を行います。
クライアントデータの妥当性を確認するため、必要に応じてシステムレポートを作成・実行します。
コンプライアンス関連データレポートへの対応を行います。
システム上のスケジューリングおよび業務作成を正確に維持します。
公証または翻訳サービスが必要な場合の見積書を作成します。
証明書発行前の最終品質管理レビューとして、証明書リリース業務を担当します。
クライアントのキャンセル、停止、却下、取り下げに関するプロセスを管理します。
顧客ニーズおよび SLAに基づき、業務の計画、優先順位付けおよび遂行を行います。
クライアントからの問い合わせを受け付け、適切に対応します。
UAT（ユーザー受入テスト）を通じて、新たなプロセスやシステムの導入において事業部門を支援します。
RS 内の複数のチームおよびステークホルダーと効果的に連携し、必要なサービスを提供します。
ISO 13485、ISO 42001、MedDev 規則・指令、その他各種スキーム、ならびに通知機関および UK 認証機関としての当社の役割について、業務上必要な知識を習得し、維持します。
BSI の方針、手順およびプロトコルに従って業務を遂行します。
職務上のコンプライアンスを維持するため、必要なコンピテンシーコードを取得し、維持します。
必要に応じて監査対応を支援します。
