QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Business, Television Production, Communications, and/or related area of study is required.
1-2 years’ experience in sports partnerships, media, international media, broadcasting (television and/or digital) and/or related field.
Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent organization, teamwork, and multitasking skills, detail oriented.
Second language & international experience is preferred.
Strong communication and cross-cultural skills.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
Integrity befitting PGA TOUR’s high standards.
Knowledge of the game of golf preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES /DUTIES
Develop and maintain an understanding of all existing partnerships.
Maintain and support departmental resources associated with contracts, rights, and client contact details.
Work with Specialist and support the department’s rights management system as a means for housing client contacts, contractual language, rights, and obligations from each international media agreement.
Gather relevant broadcast, marketing, and digital data from partners to develop understanding of ratings, airtimes, promotion, and distribution.
Complete weekly airtime and distribution reports for all PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions and Korn Ferry Tour events, ensuring broadcast obligations are fulfilled and providing coverage insights to key internal teams.
Work with other International Media coordinators to collaborate on reporting and project needs throughout the year.
Maintain all broadcaster rights summaries to ensure LIVE and Ancillary Programming is properly delivered based on each broadcaster’s licensed rights.
As needed, maintain delivery and programming schedules and communicate updates to partners along with other critical information needed to successfully broadcast PGA TOUR events.
Maintain and develop department’s World Feed website in collaboration with Broadcast Coordinator.
Liaise with Marketing to support international initiatives and broadcaster marketing efforts.
Coordinate with Corporate Partnerships to ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled via international broadcast partners.
Support account managers to leverage and customize any PGA TOUR inventory for maximum promotional impact.
Support account managers with organizing strategic workshops with international partners to discuss partnership goals, strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Support account managers and partner needs, globally, as requested.
Special projects or other duties as assigned
