The Role of Client Services Analyst
Client Services is responsible for managing and processing all operational aspects of GLAS client transactions within specific deadlines. Each team member has responsibility for a specific portfolio of traded Loans and is the primary operational contact for the Borrowers and Lenders on these transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of primary and secondary loan market trades.
- Coordinate the trade settlement process with counterparties, operations, and settlement teams.
- Review trade documentation, assignment agreements, and participation agreements for accuracy.
- Input trades into the Solvas loan platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize the ClearPar trading platform and Excel-based reporting tools.
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Assist with the preparation of weekly MIS reports.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the trading team and senior management.
- Deal with audit requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Risk, Compliance & Escalation
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct due diligence relating to potential fraud, money laundering, and both financial and reputational risks to GLAS.
- Escalate relevant matters promptly to the Team Leader and/or Managers.
Training & Development
- Train with Senior Client Services team members to gain an understanding of daily workflows, processes, and best practices.
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and have an inquisitive nature

- Good written and verbal communication skills
