We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Responsible for a mix of account management and broking, these roles provide quality advice and service to clients on their insurance products and risk exposure, partner with the sales team to grow the business, and participate in all stages of solution delivery.
- Strengthen business relationship with clients by providing timely and quality service and advice
- An Account Management/Broking Associate I is an established, independent individual contributor, whose work has a direct impact on the team's outcomes.

- With background on insurance particularly on Employee Benefits insurance program (Life, Accident)
- With client facing and presentation experience
- With knowledge on client presentation material preparation
