About the Role

The CS Client Relationship Specialist partners with Broker & Direct sales teams to deliver seamless after-sales servicing, including policy renewal rates negotiations, collections recon and coordination with Brokers and Accounts, and claims management. The role enhances engagement with clients and brokers by ensuring timely, high-quality support, fostering collaborative relationships, and contributing to a positive and consistent service experience that supports CS business growth.

  • Process policy renewals, endorsements, and servicing requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update client and policy records ensuring completeness and data accuracy.
  • Prepare, collate, and file required documentation for policy issuance, renewals, and servicing transactions.
  • Monitor and track status of renewals, collections, and claims documentation, and follow up on pending requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate internally with underwriting, billing, and claims teams to support completion of servicing transactions.
  • Assist in preparation of routine reports and documentation for submission to stakeholders.
  • Perform data encoding, validation, and reconciliation of account and policy information.
  • Support administrative requirements for campaigns, renewals, and internal activities.
