We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits team as a Client Relationship Management - Senior Analyst at Marsh McLennan Turkey. This role will be based in our Ankara office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful applicant will lead the account management process with a diverse range of clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.

We will count on you to:

• Help Account Manager review information pertaining to client insurance programs to ensure the information is accurate.

• Help support the renewal cycle by ensuring renewal protocol is completed (via tools available), gathering information, tracking quotes, and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on-time in accordance with our professional standards.

• Work with Account Manager to maintain proper records for reporting and audit purposes and process insurance and claims details into the database.

• Begin to maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth and retention.

• Assist Account Manager with ongoing client service issues to improve the client experience.

What you need to have:

• University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Banking.

• At least 3 years of experience in customer and policy operations management.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, customer-focused, and quality-conscious.

• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with initiative.

• Successful in interpersonal relations and highly persuasive.

• Proficient in MS Office programs.

• Minimum B1 level of English proficiency.
