As a Client Partner, you’ll build and nurture high-value client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of AI data projects. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, connecting client objectives to project execution and coordinating internal teams to deliver strong outcomes.
You’ll also help grow client accounts by identifying new opportunities, expanding project portfolios, and ensuring engagements are delivered profitably.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key client stakeholders throughout the engagement.
- Define project approaches, deliverables, staffing needs, pricing considerations, and success criteria with internal teams.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and renew engagements in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
- Lead performance and post-project reviews to evaluate business impact and strengthen future engagements.

- Experience managing client relationships and projects in a professional AI, LLM, data, or related technology solutions environment.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience (min 2+ years).
- Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Comfortable engaging with technical concepts in AI and data, and proactive about staying current on industry trends.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and support profitable growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving client needs.
- Experience in project management, account growth, or strategic consulting.
- Comfort working with revenue/margin data and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, pipeline systems) to produce and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Willingness to adjust working hours to maintain meaningful overlap with clients and colleagues across regions.
