As a Client Partner for the Prairies region, you will act as a true strategic consultant for your portfolio. We need someone who will dig deep to understand our clients' businesses and the regional marketplace as well as they do. You will move beyond the standard media brief to pitch proactive, integrated solutions that solve real business challenges.
In this role, you will focus on growing digital, broadcast, data, and tech revenue through integrated ad programs, customized brand executions, and strategic partnerships. Responsible for selling to regional brands both through agencies and client-direct, you will leverage Pelmorex’s premium data, media platforms, and proprietary technology to build high-impact solutions.
WHAT IS THE DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE
Territory & Pipeline Management: Actively manage your sales pipeline and develop key account plans to drive long-term, sustained growth across the Prairies.
Consultative Selling: Act as a subject matter expert on all Pelmorex offerings. Research clients thoroughly so you can seamlessly act as an extension of their team.
Strategic Solutioning: Proactively create 360° integrated marketing solutions tailored to unique customer needs.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with regional agencies and brand-direct clients.
Dynamic Presenting: Deliver persuasive presentations that inspire clients, confidently navigating difficult questions and pivoting conversations on the fly.
Revenue Generation: Consistently surpass revenue targets and drive sales velocity across different internal business units.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution and that client KPIs are consistently met.
Industry Expertise: Maintain an "always learning" attitude, staying ahead of emerging trends and mastering internal/external ad technologies (e.g., GAM, DSPs like Engagefront, DV360, TTD; DMPs like Constellation, Adobe; Ad Verification like MOAT, DoubleVerify; and Google Analytics).

Skills Required
- Proven sales track record in media or digital advertising
- Strong understanding of digital media landscape, programmatic advertising, and ad tech
- Experience with ad platforms and tools (GAM, DSPs, DMPs, ad verification, Google Analytics)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to close deals and drive revenue; self-motivated and competitive
- Ability to develop account plans, manage pipeline, and create strategic integrated solutions
- Willingness to work in-market hybrid and visit clients across Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan a few times per year
- Strong relationship-building with agencies and brand-direct clients
