Job summary

The Override Analyst will support the development, maintenance, and communication of HBG Group Override data and processes. Working across SAP, Tableau, Atlas, and Salesforce, the role ensures that all Sourcing and Sales teams have clear visibility of their perimeters, enabling informed prioritization and efficient planning. This role will also manage invoicing, tracking, and reporting of Override products to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation, update, and optimization of the HBG Group Override using SAP, Tableau, Atlas, and Salesforce.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance Override logic, structure, and alignment with business needs.
  • Communicate updated Override information to relevant Sourcing and Sales teams.
  • Provide clarity on perimeter definitions and changes impacting team strategies.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to Override scope, methodology, and results.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute regular tracking and reporting on Override products.
  • Build dashboards and analytical views in Tableau or other internal tools to support transparency and decision‑making.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities in Override data.
  • Manage all invoicing processes related to Override products.
  • Monitor financial flows, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing.
  • Partner with Finance to validate numbers, reconcile data, and support audits where required.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience working with data tools such as SAP, Tableau, Atlas, and Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in cross‑functional settings.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and invoicing tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Sourcing Operations, or similar analytical roles.
  • Familiarity with data governance, reporting structures, and financial tracking.
  • Understanding of commercial operations within a multi‑country business environment.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and a disciplined mindset.
  • Collaborative, supportive, and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
