About your role:
Client Service teams at Fiserv play an important role in supporting accurate and timely updates across client and merchant accounts. In this role, you will manage a wide range of account maintenance requests, ensure updates are completed in alignment with operational requirements, and help support billing readiness through accurate processing ahead of key monthly deadlines. You will review requests, determine appropriate actions, and work across teams to resolve issues while maintaining a high standard of quality and service.

What will you do?

  • Review, process, and complete a variety of account maintenance requests across client and merchant accounts.
  • Support updates including pricing changes, entitlements, demographic updates, and other account maintenance activities.
  • Assess incoming requests by using critical thinking to determine the appropriate action needed and ensure updates are completed accurately.
  • Investigate maintenance-related issues, clarify request details when needed, and help drive requests through to resolution.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve account update issues and ensure changes are completed within required service timeframes.
  • Contribute to a team environment focused on accuracy, timeliness, and meeting critical deadlines.

What will you need to know?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 3–5+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, banking operations, client support, or financial services.
  • Experience processing account updates in a high-volume operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of account maintenance activities, operational workflows, and service-related processes.
  • Ability to review requests, identify required actions, and process updates accurately with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under deadline-driven conditions.
  • Experience working across multiple systems, operational tools, and servicing platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of operational controls, quality standards, and service level expectations.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting payment operations, card services, merchant services, or banking operations platforms.
  • Experience working in deadline-sensitive environments tied to billing cycles or month-end operational deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve requests and operational issues.
  • Experience supporting high-volume request queues with a focus on accuracy and turnaround time.
