Position Summary:
CVS Health is looking for a results-driven Senior Analyst with strong technical expertise in SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). In this role, you’ll design and implement advanced data solutions that support business strategies, drive process automation, and enable smarter decision-making through insights and innovation. You’ll collaborate across teams to turn complex data into actionable intelligence, contributing directly to CVS Health’s mission of improving health care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize SAS programs and macros to support analytical models and reporting needs.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Create solutions using Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all projects.
- Support data governance and documentation best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAS programming, SQL, and Power Platform tools.
- Deep understanding of data structures, warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Proven ability to deliver insights and automate business processes through data solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAS Certified Specialist, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
