The Role:
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who is detailed orientated, organized, and excited to join the eCapital Team. This role will introduce and welcome new clients to eCapital as well as help clients navigate through the client portal, and process client funding.

Responsibilities:

  • Introducing and welcoming new clients to eCapital 
  • Approving and processing client funding
  • Training on client portal, submission of invoices, procedures 
  • Risk identification and mitigation 
  • Customer compliance 
  • General customer service/support 
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager of Onboarding 

Qualifications:

  • Prioritize tasks and client inquiries 
  • Take ownership of problems 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Highly accurate 
  • Ability to problem solve and spot errors 
  • Strong math skills 
  • Customer service oriented 
  • This role requires full-time presence in-office 9am-5pm
