THE JOB
Are you a dynamic digital marketer with a passion for live entertainment? As a Client Marketing Coordinator at Ticketmaster, you will be at the forefront of driving consumer demand and capturing existing interest to maximize ticket sales across a range of digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in creating engaging campaigns, utilizing data-driven strategies, and fostering client relationships. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Client Engagement and Campaign Development:
- Contribute to client portfolio work and participate in client meetings, offering valuable insights on how our marketing services can help them sell more tickets.
- Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with their goals.
- Assist in crafting compelling marketing pitches and ensure seamless campaign setup and follow-up in Salesforce.
Paid Advertising and Campaign Optimization:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns for our clients as well as internal, across diverse platforms including Meta, Google Ads, Youtube, TikTok, and more.
- Collaborate with the local marketing team to execute campaign strategies effectively.
- Utilize Ticketmaster's unique data to construct targeted audiences for improved traffic and maximum ticket sales.
- Regularly conduct A/B testing and continually optimize client paid campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate detailed reports on campaign results, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights.
- Present campaign results, analysis and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage pixel and script requests to facilitate accurate campaign tracking for clients.
Collaboration and Other Tasks:
- Work collaboratively with the wider Nordic and local marketing teams on shared projects and initiatives.
- Support clients in effectively using TM1 Marketing tools for campaign success.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience within an agency or brand setting.
- Proficiency in setting up ads on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to report on digital marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
