TrueAccord, a wholly owned subsidiary of TrueML, is a category-defining company. We combine machine learning with a human-based approach to transform debt resolution and to get people on the path towards financial health. Every year, more than 70 million Americans have negative experiences dealing with debt. We are changing this by providing personalized digital experiences that guide lenders and consumers through this challenging financial process.
With a world-class leadership team, passionate team members, and proprietary predictive models trained on years worth of transactional data, TrueAccord is well-positioned to deliver on a huge opportunity: helping millions of consumers to regain and keep their financial footing while lowering the cost of doing business for creditors across many industries.
As a Client Manager, you are the strategic bridge between TrueAccord and our most valued enterprise partners. We are looking for a data-literate relationship builder to take full ownership of a portfolio of 5–10 mid-to-large accounts. Your mission is to move beyond "support" and become a vital business partner—driving performance through digital-first collection strategies, navigating complex operational hurdles, and ensuring our clients see TrueAccord not just as a vendor, but as a key driver of their success.
What You’ll Do
Own the Relationship: Serve as the primary business partner for a dedicated portfolio, building deep trust with stakeholders to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
Drive Performance: Monitor and interpret omnichannel performance data (email, SMS, and voice) to provide actionable insights that improve engagement and liquidation rates.
Execute Growth: Align client goals with TrueAccord’s capabilities, identifying expansion opportunities and hitting monthly/quarterly revenue and volume targets.
Master the Data: Build and maintain client-facing dashboards, proactively flagging performance trends and leading high-impact Business Reviews.
Solve Complex Problems: Act as the first line of defense for operational issues, collaborating with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve hurdles and influence our product roadmap.
Onboard & Educate: Lead new clients through the integration process, acting as a subject matter expert on our digital-first methodology and regulatory compliance.
Who You Are
An Experienced Partner: You have a proven track record in Client/Account Management or Operations, specifically within the Debt Collections or Default Management space.
Data-Fluent: You don’t just report numbers; you find the "why" behind them. You are comfortable analyzing data sets to identify trends and summarize business health.
A Project Navigator: You excel at managing projects with moving parts, balancing the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders without breaking a sweat.
KPI-Driven: You possess a relentless commitment to excellence and thrive on meeting (and exceeding) operational targets.
An Adaptable Communicator: You are a professional, high-temperament communicator who can navigate fast-paced environments and technical discussions with ease.
Educationally Grounded: You hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent relevant professional experience.
