The Client Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the Manufacturing sector. The role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and delivering value-added solutions by closely collaborating with internal teams.
2. Key Responsibilities:Maintain, nurture, and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, solution, delivery teams) to deliver optimal solutions and services to clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Manufacturing sector.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business development targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalations or issues promptly and professionally.
Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering and other related majors is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Client Management in a B2B environment, preferably related to Manufacturing clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to deal with customer needs independently, and flexibly respond to market changes.
Understanding of ICT infrastructure, Cloud, software, applications, security, and technology solutions is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and common office software (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
Customer-centric mindset and a proactive attitude.
Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities.
