Key Outcomes
- Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, attending and maximising on-site days. Own all related client insight requests and project briefs, ensuring a high standard of written and presented content
- Expand and build upon existing client networks through the connections, relationships and trust you bring to your clients
- Work with the Consumer Insight Director to create and drive forward account plans for your portfolio. Also work together to build renewal plans and proposals for your clients
- Spot opportunities to increase client access from both a Shopper and Consumer perspective, and work with experts from across the business to convert these and ensure client ROI
- Work closely with the junior team members to help coach them in their development, acting as a role model and feeding back when appropriate
