Client Manager Team Lead

What does a great Client Manager Team Lead do at Fiserv?You will provide support and guidance to SMB Client Management team members as they service clients with the goal of increasing overall client satisfaction, retention and account penetration. You will work in collaboration with management to ensure team members are well equipped to respond to client inquiries. Assist with resolving escalated customer service issues and timely response to team questions. What will you do:

• Assist managers with daily reporting and administrative tasks. 
• Monitor queues and assign calls/cases.
• Coach/advise team members on operational issues and reinforces department/company policies and procedures.
• Identify performance deficiencies and reports issues to management.
• Assist team members resolve complicated cases in order to ensure SLAs are met. Reviews pricing inquiries and recommends course of action.

What you will need to have:

• High school graduate/GED
• 2 years experience in senior customer service role with a focus on sales, business development, or relationship management
• 2 years of experience in payment processing.

 What would be great to have:

• Associates Degree
• Prior experience resolving escalated customer service issues and responding to high net revenue clients where retention is a major focus.
• Thorough understanding of SMB process and procedures.
• Knowledge of payment processing; Fiserv’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.

Salary Range:

$41,200.00-$56,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
