New job opportunity to join the Client Management structure of Marsh Risk Italy Multinational Incoming Team in Milan!

What can you expect?

You will be part of the Multinational Incoming Team dealing with management and development of customers which are Italian subsidiaries of foreign multinational companies. You will develop, grow and maintain relationships between the organization and clients, with a focus on growth and retention. You will also develop, manage and implement sales strategies, identify potential customers and cultivate existing customer relationships to close deals. 

Which are the key responsibilities of the role?
 

  • Manage a clients’ portfolio with budget accountabilities and actively contribute to office goals achievement, both in a growth and development and in a retention way;

  • Support clients in risk management, pointing out their needs and providing the most suitable and customized solutions, both risk analysis and evaluation and risk transferring on the insurance market related;

  • Contribute to develop opportunities management and deployment, especially in sales meeting and offer proposals, using a company value proposition deepen knowledge;

  • Close sales deals by negotiating values and basic pricing structures to best serve both the business and client needs;

  • Coordinate the operational management team for his/her clients portfolio (Client Representatives, Specialties, Placement, Marsh Risk Consulting , ecc..), granting a correct activities planning and an effective and collaborative internal communication process, according to company clients policies;

  • Help with conducting thorough due diligence research leveraging various resources and channels of information to identify or understand prospect accounts or target sales expansion opportunities;

  • Maintain account relationships and work to ensure the business is viewed as a preferred vendor;

  • Coordinate, recommend and evaluate delivery of solutions and products to ensure alignment with potential and identified requirements, agreements, quality control standards, compliance requirements and established processes;

  • Keep abreast of Industry developments and trends, participate in events and conferences representing the Company and have a broad and powerful professional network.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience gained in client-facing management roles;

  • Extensive knowledge of property and liability insurance coverages;

  • Good analysis and problem solving skills;

  • Fluent in German and English language;

  • Excellent commercial attitude;

  • Availability to eventual business trips.

What we offer:
 

  • The position is offered on a permanent basis;

  • We propose a gross annual salary starting from € 36.000 for a full-time position. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary. Further details will be shared during the selection process or directly in the employment contract;

  • The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi”;
    The contractual level, together with the applicable terms and conditions, will be determined in line with the experience and professional profile of the candidate selected through the recruitment process;
