Job Family Description

Jobs in this family are responsible for the development and execution of add-on sales, increasing satisfaction and loyalty for current clients and optimizing and protecting revenue.  This includes client retention and controlling renewal compression to limit the erosion of pricing at renewal.  Also entails building, fostering and maintaining client relationships to improve visibility of company solutions and develop further growth prospects.
