The Role
Drives financial performance in an organisational area by providing
leadership, guidance and support on financial information, business
performance and implementation of strategies
Partnering with Area business leaders in business discussions on LnS Products, through creating business value to the leaders by leveraging deep dive analysis with insights and influencing decision making through strong collaborations and recommendations, and in additional provide financial leadership views to the business on the LnS Products. Drive the Performance Management towards products.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will report to the Area Product FBP Manager and work closely with senior stakeholders across all functions.

  • You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including investment cases, business performance management and strategy.

  • You are expected to obtain a thorough understanding of the business and combine this with financial insights.

  • Specific responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with senior business stakeholders presenting financial results, ad hoc analysis and providing analytical support to business.

  • Acting as internal sparring partner for stakeholders, establishing strong link between financial numbers and commercial actions, influencing key decisions and creating value added impact.

  • Own all financial data for Logistics and Services products under your responsibility and deliver accurate, timely and relevant information.

  • Provide forward looking analysis and insight to the business.

Who we are looking for

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or equivalent.

  • You have 5-10 years of work experience within investment analytics, project controlling, financial planning, strategy consultancy, business development or equivalent.

  • You hold a positive attitude and have outspoken collaboration skills.

  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement. Experience from working with business intelligence systems is an advantage.

  • You are characterized as a strong analytical hands-on-person and thrive with multiple tasks and challenges at hand. Your ability to coordinate and follow up support you in getting things done even when time is limited.

  • You hold a certain level of robustness and thrive in influencing and challenging senior stakeholders across the business and Finance functions.

  • You are a self-starter, striving for continuous process improvements and hold attention to the detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and mastering the discipline of presenting data in a clear and concise manner is a must

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
