Job Description Summary

The Client Learning Solutions Manager (CLSM) is responsible for supporting assigned client accounts through a combination of Learning Management System (LMS) administration, technical support, client relationship management, reporting, and operational coordination. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the LSS manages day-to-day LMS operations, including system configuration, user and property setup, course assignments, learning path management, reporting, payroll-related user updates, ticket resolution, and client education.

The CLSM partners closely with clients to help them maximize the value of the GROW LMS and achieve their training, compliance, employee development, and performance objectives. This role proactively identifies client needs, resolves platform-related issues, recommends appropriate solutions, and provides guidance on LMS & best learning practices. The CLSM also supports account management activities, including onboarding, ongoing client communication, accounts receivable follow-up, and identifying opportunities to expand training solutions that align with client goals.

This is a specialized, hands-on LMS operations role that requires strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts, support requests, and system-related projects simultaneously. All client interactions are conducted in a professional, transparent, and solutions-oriented manner. The CLSM may also support special projects as assigned by the General Manager or VP of Operations.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and providing guidance on LMS solutions and training best practices.
  • Partner with Sales to support demos, client evaluations, and solution alignment.
  • Manage day-to-day LMS administration, including client setup, property and department configuration, user management, permissions, dashboards, account settings, course assignments, and learning path administration.
  • Process and manage user updates, payroll-related uploads, and other client-provided data imports to ensure system accuracy.
  • Lead client onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth rollout through coordination, training, and system setup.
  • Proactively identify client needs, risks, and opportunities, recommending solutions, supporting renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand training programs and services.
  • Support account operations including billing coordination, accounts receivable follow-up, account updates, and portfolio changes while maintaining accurate records.
  • Educate and support client administrators on LMS functionality, reporting capabilities, best practices, and system enhancements.
  • Monitor client usage and performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and outcomes.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy of account configurations, course assignments, learning paths, and client data.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues, investigate support requests, and manage Help Desk tickets through resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, documentation, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

 

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience in property management, multifamily, client services, account management, LMS administration, software support, SaaS operations, training administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, property management software, or other enterprise software systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, configure, administer, and troubleshoot complex software applications.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to support multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience onboarding clients, conducting administrator training, and supporting software implementations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, research solutions, and manage support tickets through resolution.
  • Experience working with data imports, exports, reporting, data validation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing, or customer support platforms is preferred. Preferably Salesforce experience.
  • Experience supporting employee training, learning programs, compliance initiatives, or learning technology solutions is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
