The forms generalist is a cross functional expert that ensures the integrity of the form’s lifecycle process. They End-to-End cover the tasks required to bring a new or changed form to all relevant business interfaces.
The employee exhibits a deep understanding of:
- Internal and external forms and their business usage
- The lifecycle process utilized to publish and release forms
- The IT infrastructure through which forms are offered to our internal clients
The forms generalist distinguishes themselves through reliability, diligence and a thorough eye for quality in working with forms as a critical building block in the overall success of the bank.
The forms generalist is able to communicate in a structured and professional manner with business stakeholders, IT partners and within their own team.
Some generalists will take over tasks in a project setting, as support with form expertise might be required by the CtB organization.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• The generalist takes ownership of the form lifecycle process and all related tasks. While not all required work packages will lie with themselves, they will track and follow up on any delays or impediments along the full workflow.

• Support and educate business representatives in the form lifecycle process steps. The generalist assists and advises the internal clients on the required tasks, timeline and possible technical dependencies as a result of their request.

• Conduct impact analysis and assessments for new or updated forms. The generalist uses their understanding of both business as well as technical aspects of the form update to identify required tasks and potential dependencies.

• Initiate and maintain close communication to IT. The publishing of new / changed forms necessarily includes a distribution within various technical solutions. The generalist co-ordinates and tracks these tasks to ensure a synchronized release of a form on all platforms.

• The account opening solution utilized by Bank Julius Baer Europe and Bank Julius Baer (Monaco) requires field mappings to capture and render client data. The generalist is responsible for the creation and maintenance of these field mappings.

• The generalist is responsible for testing and potential correction of form updates in the Diamond Account Opening solution.

• Reliable versioning and synchronization of form updates. Ensure proper auditability and historization by maintaining the form repositories cross the various platforms.

YOUR PROFILE

• Has successfully finished vocational training or academic degree. First professional experience preferred.
• (Self-) Organization and planning skills for daily business
• Conscientious, self-responsible, client and service-oriented way of working and thinking
• High level of diligence and accuracy.
• Fluent spoken and written English. More languages are an advantage
