The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time, partially remote Client Experience Account Manager position! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by promoting sales and client retention through excellent customer service as a primary contact for all matters outside of payroll, and resolving issues and concerns submitted by internal and external customers.

  1. Provides excellent customer service by taking inbound correspondence, calls and emails from clients and brokers, and responds appropriately to ensure satisfaction.
  2. Builds and maintains a client relationship to help improve client rapport, client experience and satisfaction.
  3. Facilitates client requests with internal departments and ensures the request is completed timely and to the client’s satisfaction.
  4. Supports clients and internal teams with use of our technology platforms.
  5. Project manage complex accounts to ensure all of their needs are met.
  6. Manage and facilitate conflict resolution with our clients, brokers, and internal team members.
  7. Reviews and follows up on client cases on a daily basis.
  8. Works with clients, brokers, and other departments to provide superior customer service and retain accounts.
  9. Records case notes in case management software.
  10. Processes statistical data regarding operational transactions.
  11. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include needing at least two (2) years of related call center, customer service, and sales experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
