We are looking for a Client Engagement Lead to join the leadership team of Data Platform Solutions, our data platform delivery business unit. In this key strategic role, you will work closely with the Head of Data Platform Solutions and our Sales team to shape high-impact data solutions for international clients and drive the acquisition of new projects.

Acting as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, you will represent delivery from the very first conversation: understanding complex business challenges, co-creating solutions alongside our technical experts, and articulating their clear business value. To succeed, you will combine a strong delivery background with sharp commercial instinct and executive credibility.

In this role, you will:

● Lead the business unit’s international presales activities in close partnership with Sales, assessing opportunities and driving them from early client discussions through to project agreement.

● Build relationships with prospective and existing clients, explore their business challenges, and help define the outcomes they want to achieve.

● Work with architects and delivery experts to shape solutions, define project scope, estimate effort and costs, and assess delivery risks.

● Own the proposal process from preparation to presentation, clearly communicate the business value of our approach, and represent delivery in client discussions and negotiations.

● Ensure a clear handover from presales to delivery, with shared expectations on scope, commitments, and success criteria. Where needed, act as a project sponsor or occasionally lead a project.

● Take an active role in the leadership and development of the business unit, working with other competence areas, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and supporting our collaborative, people-centered culture.

Your primary focus will be on international, English-speaking clients, with occasional involvement in the Hungarian market. The role includes occasional travel, typically 2–4 trips per year.

● You have experience in presales, including exploring client needs, shaping solutions, and preparing and presenting proposals that help win business.

● You think commercially: you can identify the business need behind a technical request and balance client value, delivery feasibility, and profitability.

● You understand modern data platforms and can discuss solution options and trade-offs with clients and technical colleagues.

● You bring leadership experience and communicate confidently in both English and Hungarian, including when presenting to senior client stakeholders.

● You value strong interpersonal relationships and enjoy working in an empathetic, collaborative environment.
