Numerator is looking for a top performing sales professional to join our growing organization. As a Client Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most iconic brands to help bring to life their advertising and marketing strategies through Numerator’s rich portfolio of solutions and insights. This role will be in charge of building out new relationships in a variety of markets and spaces. We're looking for a sales individual who brings both knowledge and experience within the Entertainment on Demand (video streaming) industry and who also understands the marketing and advertising world.
How You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Drive new business and win-back growth: Own outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and win-back activity across the global Entertainment on Demand (video streaming) market. Identify target accounts, develop senior relationships, and create compelling reasons for prospects to engage with Worldpanel by Numerator.
- Build senior enterprise partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers across strategy, consumer insights, marketing, commercial, finance, product, and subscription teams. Lead consultative sales conversations that connect consumer intelligence to business-critical growth challenges.
- Create powerful pitch and collateral materials: Partner with the Strategy Manager, Consumer Intelligence leadership, marketing, and subject matter experts to create sharp, persuasive pitch decks, proposals, credentials, and tailored sales materials that bring the opportunity to life for prospects.
- Lead commercial negotiation: Build and own ARR and NRR commercial negotiations, including scope, terms, renewals, expansions, and deal structure to create strong long-term repeatable value for both clients and the business.
- Represent the business in the industry: Build visibility and credibility for Worldpanel by Numerator across the Entertainment on Demand ecosystem. Identify and attend lucrative conferences, networking events, client meetings, and industry forums to create opportunity, deepen relationships, and keep the business close to market trends.
- Collaborate across the growth engine: Work closely with the Head of Consumer Intelligence, Strategy Manager, broader Global Vertical functions. Ensure prospects receive a joined-up, expert, and commercially compelling experience from first conversation through handover.
- Manage pipeline and CRM discipline: Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality Salesforce / CRM records, including pipeline activity, opportunity stage, next steps, commercial forecasts, contact mapping, and account intelligence. Bring rigor and transparency to revenue planning and performance tracking.
- Ensure smooth account transition: During and after close, partner with the Strategy Manager and internal teams to ensure a seamless handover, clear client expectations, and strong foundations for long-term relationship growth, retention, and expansion.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, selling to or working within video streaming, entertainment, media, subscriptions, consumer insights, data, analytics, research, advertising, or adjacent consumer sectors.
- Proven experience as a sales hunter and an ability to drive strategic sales cycles and close business.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills across subscriptions, projects, and multi-stakeholder agreements.
- Experience managing win-back, renewal, expansion, or reactivation opportunities solo.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Ability to speak fluently to senior executives, salespeople and product managers.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and its use for updating accounts, opportunities, and deal stages.
- Understanding of ARR, NRR, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue accountability.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with strategy, insights, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Willingness to travel for prospect meetings, client conversations, industry events, and internal collaboration.
