About the Role
As Client Development Executive, you will support the Client Development & Relations Manager in rolling out the client development strategy across Singapore and Malaysia — helping drive clienteling adoption, retail team enablement, and performance tracking.
Your Mission
Based in Singapore, you will support the execution of a market-wide client strategy through data analytics, insights, and recommendations. You will champion data-driven decisions to help clienteling, client performance, and tool adoption. Working closely with Retail, CRM, Marketing, High Jewelry, and local leadership teams, you will ensure every that our decisions are grounded through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development Strategy & Roadmap Organization
- Gather and organize the market data and client insights that feed directly into the Manager's roadmap decisions, ensuring recommendations are grounded in current, accurate information.
- Prepare stakeholder briefings and follow-up materials that support the Manager's relationship-building with store management, Marketing, and Operations
Clienteling Performance, Monitoring & Innovation Support
- Compile and maintain the KPI tracking and performance reporting that the Manager uses to demonstrate ROI to regional and global client development teams.
- Document and organize best practices identified across the market, building the knowledge base the Manager draws on when proposing new activations.
Training, Enablement & Tool Adoption Follow Up
- Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and materials for the training sessions the Manager leads, so every session runs smoothly from planning through delivery.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for retail teams' clienteling tool questions between formal coaching sessions, extending the Manager's support into daily store life.
Team & Day-to-Day Continuity
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Client Development stakeholders across Singapore and Malaysia, so the Manager can focus on people leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in luxury retail, client development, or hospitality — ideally with exposure to clienteling tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable supporting stakeholders at all levels.
- Cultural fluency across Singapore and Malaysia; fluent in English, additional languages a plus
