Title: Client Development Associate (CDA)

 

Vision: Support the Client Development and Regional Sales Teams to generate and qualify leads and opportunities, focusing on the strategic initiatives of the WWT sales organization.

 

The Mission: The Client Development Associate is an exciting opportunity for an early in career candidate that is passionate to grow in their sales career. Working with the Client Development Team Lead and designated regional sales team, this person will play an instrumental role and have a noticeable impact on the sales team's success by opening doors that result in qualified leads and growing the sales pipeline. This person will support activities that lead to opportunities for revenue and GP.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management & Behavioral Skills
    • Build relationships across WWT, driving relationships across all levels of the organization and roles in the HPT.
    • Communicate regularly with Client Managers, Regional Leadership, and Client Development Leadership on activity
    • Self-motivated, organized, seeks measurable outcomes; and holds others accountable to the same
  • Account Development & Planning
    • Plans and prioritizes activities for assigned accounts
    • Use your business acumen to:
      • Conduct research for assigned accounts, identify customer challenges, stakeholders, and lead with insights and solutions
      • Partner with Sales Leadership to develop targeted lists, customize call strategies, and create messaging with the goal of increasing new business revenue.
      • Collaborate with Account Teams in account planning sessions and strategically execute on account plan
      • Create new, qualified business opportunities to fuel sales pipeline and growth
      • Contact potential clients through phone, email, and other channels to identify and qualify sales opportunities
      • Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to identify and tailor messages for appropriate buyers.
    • Market & Product Communication
      • WWT Pitch + Corporate Understanding: metrics, pitch, idea to outcome, services + consulting, maturity curve, supply chain, ATC, Present the platform, differentiators
    • Value Analysis & Building a Business Case
      • Provides customers with the needed information to understand the uses and values of the company’s products/offerings and the corresponding value for their organization (ROI)
      • Actively learn about WWT’s business case studies for specific industries
    • Professional Discipline & Maturity
      • Constantly maintain Salesforce records relevant to account management and CDA metrics
      • Driven, self-starter, accountable and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
      • Practices professional communication with co-workers, leadership, customers and partners
      • Participate in and successfully graduate from the WWT Associate Academy program

 

Reporting Structure: Position reports directly to Client Development Team Lead
