Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Analytical & Project Support:
- Support client engagements through data analysis, research, and preparation of insights
- Assist in analyzing client performance data, identifying trends, and highlighting key observations
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support consulting projects
- Help maintain and update analytical models, dashboards, and templates
Consulting Delivery Support:
- Assist in structuring findings into clear, concise PowerPoint presentations and reports
- Support preparation of materials for client meetings and internal reviews
- Contribute to project workstreams under guidance from senior team members
Learning & Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members across Visa Consulting & Analytics, Analytics, and Product teams
- Actively build knowledge of Visa products, payment cards, digital payments, and client business models
- Participate in training, coaching, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
0–2 years of professional experience (including internships, industrial attachments, or academic projects)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Basic understanding of data analysis, financial analysis, or statistics
Interest in consulting, analytics, financial services, or digital payments
English proficiency (written and verbal)
