As a Client On-Boarding Specialist within our Operations team, you will provide end-to-end support and guidance for small to medium clients integrating with Equifax’s specialist products. You will act as a critical bridge between customer requirements and technical delivery, ensuring a seamless implementation experience that drives long-term success
What you’ll do
Manage customer expectations and scope changes throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer requests and technical enquiries.
Work directly with customers to implement and test specialized Equifax solutions.
Gather and analyze detailed business requirements to ensure solutions meet client needs.
Document user requirements, business processes, and workflows to create process maps and scoping documents.
Create functional specifications and change request documentation as required.
Monitor and report on application changes and specific client requests.
Leverage deep product knowledge to provide technical aptitude and guidance during delivery.
Collaborate with internal project managers, sales, and solution consultants to align delivery goals.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of new product developments across the Equifax business.
What experience do you need
A minimum 3-year degree in a Business or IT Systems discipline.
1+ years of experience as a business-focused Business Analyst.
Proven experience in a role involving direct interaction with external customers.
1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle database management.
Demonstrated experience with process mapping and workflow documentation using Visio.
Professional proficiency in XML interfaces and business systems infrastructure.
Technical aptitude in navigating basic architecture and data structures.
