Description:

Gains subject matter expertise in specific risk exposures and/or sales areas to grow knowledge base and better serve clients.
Assists with advising clients on risk management solutions which align to their strategic imperatives and risk exposures.
Cultivates relationships with team members to better meet client needs.
Attends and occasionally contributes to internal strategy meetings to better understand company strategy and serve clients.
Participates in all aspects of the graduate trainee program, year one.
