Job Responsibilities
SALES
1. Conduct daily and weekly planning of sales activities in order to reach those targets
2. Increase customer account balance through continuous execution of sales activities (via calls, walk-ins, and visits)
3. Introduce and explain products / promotion
4. Provide product consultation
5. Cross-sell
6. Handle customer account-related administrative procedures / paperwork
7. Account opening
8. Keep track of customer communications and transactions
9. Stay updated on UOB products and promotions, and preferably also market products, players, and trends
SERVICE
1. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers:
2. Regular courtesy calls – to check up on customers, not just for sales purposes
3. Profiling: understand needs, preferences, life styles
4. Product inquiries
5. Solve customer issues
6. Conduct financial planning
7. Uphold an overall superior service standard that is in line with UOB Wealth Management banking image and reputation
8. Ensure overall customer satisfaction
PEOPLE
1. Serve as focal point between UOB customer acquisition team and UOB telebanking team in ensuring seamless synchronization of customer knowledge
2. Work closely with ALL members of the branch team
COMPLIANCE
1. All sales activities must be done in compliance with company and government regulations and policies
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Have WAPERD, WPPE and AAJI certifications (preferred)
3. Have experience as a banking Relationship Manager min. 5 years
4. Have knowledge of general Indonesian banking procedures and regulations
5. Have knowledge of banking operations
6. Has experience in selling Funding, Wealth Management and Investment products
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively
8. Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multicultural diverse work experiences
