Job DescriptionThe AECOM Government Business Line is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Account Sr Manager to enhance our partnership with NASA.
Our longstanding collaboration on NASA programs encompasses projects at every Center and component facility, as well as enterprise-wide programs for NASA Headquarters.
Client Account Managers are the primary contacts for AECOM's relationships with accounts which are strategically important at a regional, business line or global level. They have responsibility for developing, growing and sustaining our business with their client(s), working across our company to offer solutions that deliver, using all our relevant capabilities and local and global expertise. Bringing the best of AECOM to the client, on time, every time.
This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and on-site work schedules, that can be based in, but not limited to: Arlington, VA; Houston, TX; or Orlando, FL.
Job Summary
Primary contact and leader for AECOM’s relationship with a one or more large Regional accounts or part of a team supporting a key Global or Regional account. Responsible for developing, growing and sustaining AECOMs business for assigned accounts. Coordinates AECOMs interactions with the client, to ensure consistent high quality of service and to resolve any delivery issues or conflicts.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or other related discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including at least 2 years of leadership.
- Prior experience with NASA and the ability to effectively navigate relationships within the organization is essential.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.
Highly Desirable Qualifications:
- Background in FAA regulations and/or aviation is a plus.
- This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future
