Job Summary
The Specialist I, Accounts Receivable achieves AR (Accounts Receivable) management goals and objectives. This position pays invoices and reimbursement for expenses in the most efficient manner possible. Working in Microsoft Dynamics SL, this role will optimize the Payables module and prepare accurate client expense invoices while promoting customer service focus and an efficient operational environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs processing of AP/AR transactions, ensuring finances are maintained in an effective and accurate manner.
- Responsible for entering all supplier invoices, credits, employee, and candidate expense reports into accounting system.
- Identifies and implements production, efficiency, quality, and customer-service improvements.
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience

Pay Rate$21.00 - $24.75 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
