About the Company

Our client is a growth-focused marketing partner that helps DTC and B2B brands scale through data-driven marketing, performance advertising, retention, e-commerce, and profitability-focused strategies. Their services include paid media across Google and Meta, email and SMS marketing, business intelligence, e-commerce development, and fractional CMO leadership. They work closely with growing brands to improve revenue, customer acquisition, ROAS, and overall profitability.

About the Role

The Client Account Manager owns the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of client brands. You'll coordinate across strategy, performance marketing, retention, and operations to make sure client initiatives move forward on time, on budget, and in line with growth objectives. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure and follow-through — someone who can sit in a client check-in, walk out with clear next steps, and make sure every one of them actually gets done.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client check-ins and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of accounts.

  • Track deliverables, update project plans, and keep initiatives moving across internal and external teams.

  • Translate strategic recommendations from the leadership team into clear, actionable next steps for clients and internal partners.

  • Monitor campaign performance and retention metrics, and prepare concise status reports for clients and leadership.

  • Flag risks and opportunities before they become problems, and help the team get ahead of them.

  • Support the onboarding of new clients, including documentation of processes and account setup.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the client experience — refining templates, SOPs, and reporting as we go.

Tools & Systems You'll Use

Our client runs on a defined set of tools and internal systems, and you'll be trained on all of them as part of onboarding:

  • ClickUp for task management, project tracking, and reporting dashboards.

  • Slack for internal communication.

  • Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Calendar) for documentation and scheduling.

  • Clockify for time tracking.

  • Their internal SOP library and reporting templates, which you'll use (and help improve) daily.

What Success Looks Like

You'll know you're succeeding in this role when clients feel informed and confident, deliverables consistently land on time, reporting is clear and proactive rather than reactive, and leadership can count on you to flag issues early rather than after they've become fires.

Competencies and Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in client account management, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Strong experience managing client relationships and stakeholder communications.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage projects, deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities independently.

  • Highly proactive, organized, and dependable, with strong follow-through.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Experience creating and presenting client-facing reports and performance updates.

  • Experience working with e-commerce and/or digital marketing accounts.

  • Working knowledge of Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

  • Comfortable working with reporting and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale or similar tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay composed when managing client concerns or competing priorities.

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote Work

  • 13th Month Pay

  • Healthcare (HMO)

  • Comprehensive Fringe Benefits package

  • Paid Service Incentive Leave (SIL)

  • Paid Philippines Holidays

  • Free Learning and Development Programs
