Client Access & Office Coordinator
Do you love connecting with people and want your work to actually mean something? Ryther is looking for a Client Access & Office Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for families seeking care — on the phone, at the front desk, and in getting them scheduled for the help they need.
This role blends the fast pace of a call center/scheduling environment with the relationship-building of front office and client acquisition work. Desired Skills:
- Phone (text/call) handling skills
- De-escalation / composure with distressed people
- Outbound scheduling/conversion ability
- Data entry / basic computer proficiency / EHR and HIPAA
- Reliable onsite attendance
You'll have the following benefits:
- Medical/Dental Benefits (Premium covered up to 94% by Ryther, depending on plan , and we pay $5000.00 towards your deductible and out of pocket max)
- 15 Days Paid Vacation (which increases to 17 after your second year, and by 1 each year after that)
- 10 Sick Days (Vacation and Sick time rollover)
- 9 Paid Holidays, and 1 Floating Holiday
- Free Medical Telehealth Appointments for you and anyone in your household (General Medical, Dermatology, Mental Health, Neck and Back Care, Nutrition, etc.)
- Employee Assistance Program for you and your family through WorkLife
- 40% Off Aflac Supplemental Insurances (Free Aflac Identity Theft Protection)
- 403b Tax Deferred Retirement Plan
- Life Insurance ($50,000.00)
- Ryther is a registered 501c(3) which qualifies for the federal Student Loan Forgiveness program
- Monthly bonus based on number of scheduled referrals
