Cleaning of pasteurizers and Cooling towers/condensers as per SOP
Ensuring all equipment used is maintained in good working order
Cleaning the surrounding areas of work
handling and storage of chemicals safely
manage stock levels of chemicals used
Ensuring PPE is maintained and used correctly
Reporting any deviations or issues to line manager
Dispose of waste correctly
Ensure checklists are completed
Ensure all safety protocols are taken
Attend meetings & Escalate issues to the right people
Attend morning meetings
Clean bromination and PWR sumps during line maintenance days.
Ensure good housekeeping around the Bulk Storage areas & Chemical Stations
