What You'll Do

Every claim is different, so every day brings a new challenge.

As an Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee, you'll learn how to:

• Investigate automobile insurance claims by gathering facts and reviewing documentation.
• Talk with customers, claimants, witnesses, repair facilities, and other parties involved in a loss.
• Review photos, estimates, police reports, and other information to understand what happened.
• Analyze policy coverage and determine liability based on the facts of each claim.
• Evaluate vehicle damages and help bring claims to a fair resolution.
• Negotiate settlements and explain claim decisions clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation using industry-leading technology.
• Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service during stressful situations.
• Work alongside experienced adjusters and leaders who will coach and mentor you throughout your training.
• Continue developing the knowledge and skills needed to become a successful Claims Adjuster.
