Early Development Program (EDP)
An internship path focused on delivering a meaningful experience designed to enhance student’s skillsets. With access to hands on experience, mentorship, development sessions/workshops, and more, this pathway cultivates future talent who are exploring their career interests. Most appropriate for freshman and sophomores or students who will not graduate until December 2026 or after.

This position is designed to provide hands-on experience to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards of the organization, allowing an opportunity for individuals to apply what they have learned in a classroom environment while gaining new skills in a dynamic professional setting. Specific activities will vary by department.
Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers and/or representatives, providing information, options and taking the necessary action as needed
- Conduct research on projects/files that require in-depth study and analysis
- Gather and organize data for reports/projects
- Compose correspondence, emails
- Prepare written reports/projects
- Resolves problems and/or issues
- Attend and participate in meetings

Preferred Experience:
- Business related degree
- Lending protection knowledge which can include - Credit Insurance, debt protection, and GAP.
- Strong time management

Base Salary Range:
$18.00 - $28.00
