We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Transformation team at Marsh. This role will be based in Poland. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As Claims Insurance Operations Manager, Transformation Initiatives, you will lead complex projects driving centralization, standardization, and technology advancements within claims operations. You will influence cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and champion change initiatives to deliver impactful results across the Nordic and Dutch markets.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead localization of claims operations in Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands, understanding claims and client servicing models.
  • Identify capacity needs and develop a centralization plan based on best practices.
  • Drive adoption of technology solutions for claims management in Sweden (Clearsight).
  • Champion change management and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Maintain communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Own Claims KPI reporting for the Dutch and Nordic markets.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in claims insurance operations or transformation.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of claims and client servicing models.
