What you'll be doing
You'll be part of a supportive Claims team responsible for helping customers throughout their claims journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Registering new claims accurately and efficiently
• Managing customer and broker enquiries via email and telephone, so confidence in speaking to people is key
• Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers informed throughout the process
• Processing claims related administration and correspondence
• Supporting the management of long-term claims by reviewing ongoing cases
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information across multiple systems
• Managing shared mailboxes and workflow queues to ensure service levels are met
• Supporting colleagues across the wider Claims team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Looking for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
We're more interested in your potential than your previous industry experience. To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
• Experience providing great customer service, whether face-to-face, over the phone or via email
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence learning new systems and processes
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
