Brown & Brown is seeking a Claims Consultant to join our growing team.  

The Manager, Claims is responsible for overseeing the claims processing department, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of claims while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role involves managing a team of claims specialists, resolving complex claims issues, and implementing strategies to improve claims efficiency and customer satisfaction.  

 

How You Will Contribute: 

  • Lead and manage the claims team to ensure effective and accurate claims processing. 

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance claims operations. 

  • Monitor claims performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated claims issues. 

  • Provide training and support to claims staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 

 

Skills & Experience to be Successful: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, or related field (preferred). 

  • 5+ years of experience in claims management or insurance, with leadership experience preferred. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Proficiency in claims management software and relevant regulations. 

Pay Range

120,000.00 - 120,000.00 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
