A day in the life.

As a Claims Consultant on the Employer Services team, you will obtain claims status updates from carrier partners, provide suggestions and recommendations to adjusters, assist with claim resolutions, and develop claims management strategies while documenting activity. Your work will help clients reduce claim costs and identify the best claims-management approach for their organizations. Additional duties include training, public speaking, and prospecting.

  • 5 years of claims experience including strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with high sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management and peers
  • Proficiency in MS office applications

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM preferred

The applicable base salary range for this role is $59,700 to $111,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
