Job Description

At TAL, this role is central to helping our Claims business successfully navigate change that improves outcomes for customers and partners. By connecting people, priorities and initiatives, the role ensures change is delivered thoughtfully, adopted effectively and aligned to our strategic goals. Working across a dynamic and evolving environment, you'll help bring new ways of working to life, strengthen business readiness and support continuous improvement. In this role you will:

  • Lead the coordination and prioritisation of change initiatives across the Claims portfolio.
  • Assess business impacts and risks to support informed decision-making and successful outcomes.
  • Drive business readiness and adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align change delivery with business priorities, capacity and objectives.
  • Enable sustainable change through targeted engagement, communication and support strategies.
  • Strengthen change governance, visibility and continuous improvement across Claims operations.

Qualifications

  • Bring experience delivering change on complex transformation, integration or systems-related initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complexity and deliver practical solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex information into simple, meaningful messages.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity while effectively managing multiple competing demands.
  • Collaborate with empathy and resilience, working across diverse teams to achieve shared outcomes.
