The Opportunity!

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a temporary role. As a Claims Associate you will support the claims department in all things administrative. You will work closely with all team members to ensure proper and accurate claims handling and documentation.

A day in the life -

• Update and maintain Claim Bordereaus/Spreadsheets

• Manage Claim Loss Funds

• Update and Maintain Claims in Lloyds Lineage System

• Set up new claims in files, on Bordereaus and in Lloyds Lineage system

• Request payments and Reconcile General Ledgers

• Proper and accurate filing and other administrative duties

• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to recognize and maintain the confidentiality of work materials

• Willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects, as needed

• Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PPT) and Outlook.

• Ease in adapting to changing priorities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused and evolving work environment

• A positive attitude and energetic personality are essential

• High level of motivation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent professional presence

• Ability to juggle multiple assignments, prioritize, and follow-up

• Ability to work independently, but also partner as a team player

• Operate with the highest level of integrity and professionalism at all times

• Highly organized with attention to detail

Salary Expectations –

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
