Join TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods' Claims Operations team, where data precision drives business success. As part of our Claims Analytics division, you'll be the critical link between incoming claim data and our sophisticated processing systems, ensuring seamless claim management for our clients. Our team transforms raw claim information into actionable insights that support faster resolutions and stronger customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Convert and manage claim data by transforming electronic submissions into standardized template loading profiles and managing the Email Manager claim queue to meet 48-hour processing commitments.
• Execute precise data operations by copying, transferring, and manually entering inbound claim information into loading profiles with meticulous attention to data integrity.
• Prepare files for electronic loading by attaching correct prefixes to PDF files and identifying email attachments to load as manual claims, enabling seamless integration into internal software platforms.
• Maintain accurate Replicon records and collaborate with account managers and clients to understand different processing requirements and adapt workflows to meet unique business needs.
• Monitor and improve performance by tracking processing turnaround time, documentation completeness, and data entry accuracy while recommending workflow enhancements.

Qualifications

What you bring

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot table creation and analysis, complex data manipulation, and summary reporting capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify patterns, resolve discrepancies, and troubleshoot data issues
• Effective time management skills to process multiple client requirements while meeting strict 48-hour turnaround commitments
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities with documentation management expertise

Great-to-haves

• Experience with Replicon time tracking or similar workforce management platforms
• Familiarity with PDF processing automation tools or document management systems
• Knowledge of claims management workflows
