To sustain the company's growth and expand our services, we are currently looking for a Claims Administrator

 

Essential Job Functions: 

 

  • Deliver excellent customer service through high-quality and efficient handling of policyholders’ claims.
  • Understand clients’ needs, eligibility, and coverage, and provide appropriate assistance services accordingly.
  • Manage cases proactively using internal systems and by communicating effectively with all relevant departments.
  • Formulate, influence, interpret, and implement policies related to strategic claim resolution.
  • Make prompt and timely decisions regarding policy coverage and settlement costs.
  • Gather necessary information to perform accurate redress calculations.
  • Achieve established targets while adhering to required quality standards.

 

 Required Profile: 

 

  • A university degree in a medical discipline is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in claims processing or health insurance or medical.
  • Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret medical information, product features, and research data, and to synthesize findings effectively.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and appropriately for different audiences and situations.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of multitasking.
  • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications, the Internet, and email.

Skills Required
