We are hiring a Claims Account Specialist to manage the day-to-day administration of pre-tax benefit plans for an assigned group of clients. This high-volume, fast paced position requires strong multi-tasking and organizational skill and includes validation of claims and process reimbursements, status changes, enrollments, responding to client and participant inquiries and implementation of plan set-ups/changes. 
What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Providing a high level of professional service to DBS clients and benefit plan particpants.
• Validation of claims and process reimbursements and ensuring financial accuracy
• Managing enrollments, eligibility updates, and payroll-related status changes
• Administering FSA, HRA, ICHRA, HSA, and other customized benefit plans
• Responding to client and participant inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Implementing plan setups and processing plan changes
• Maintaining compliance and documentation standards

• Basic math/accounting competency
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to shift priorities quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel
• Ability to effectively work with personnel of varied skill levels and work through challenging situations efficiently.
• Minimum of two  years experience in a professional work environment working directly with customers/clients.
• Previous experience in claim validation, payroll, banking or insurance environment is required.
