Creates and manages multimedia marketing content across email, social media, video, websites, and other channels. Coordinates campaigns, content calendars, creative agencies, events, and digital asset libraries. Tracks social media and campaign performance, prepares reports, conducts market research, and supports brand consistency and customer engagement. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and external partners while handling marketing administration and inquiries.

Research and interpret regulations governing FSAs, HRAs, HSAs, and COBRA; provide written compliance guidance to internal teams and clients; conduct nondiscrimination testing; assist with plan documents and regulatory communications; train staff; and maintain compliance resources. The role requires strong research, writing, communication, critical-thinking, organization, and attention-to-detail skills, plus at least two years of benefits, insurance, or human resources experience.

Manage day-to-day COBRA administration for an assigned client portfolio, process qualifying events and enrollments, prepare compliant notices, serve as primary client contact, maintain records and reports, resolve participant and broker issues, stay current on regulations, and support team process improvements.
