Job Description
- Oversee local operations with respect to departmental functions, administration, and workforce supervision.
- Achieve local performance targets.
- Enhance operational procedures and business processes according to local standards.
- Serve as a company representative for any regulatory and local government requirements.
- Responsible for interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning,assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee’s performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
- Other responsibilities may be added depending on the business need.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to handle both Iloilo and Bacolod's operations.
