Main Accountabilities
- Build strong trust-based relationships with domestic clients to ensure customer retention.
- Support the stabilization of customers acquired by the New Development Team.
- Optimize the revenue of existing clients.
- Optimize customer satisfaction by proposing products, placing orders, and reflecting customer voice for subscription model clients.
- Expand sales by contacting non-purchasing accounts within existing client contracts via phone and email.
